I announced that I was 4 months pregnant this week and the support has been better than I thought! I was a little nervous at first just because my career was about fitness and looking good and having abs. Now I do not have abs...I have what looks like a constant beer belly or really bad bloat! However, I am determined that I will take this even more as an opportunity to get women fit pre natal and post natal...men as well of course (without the pregnancy angle). My goal is to post 2-3 workout videos a week while pregnant.
Women should not be afraid of gaining weight during this time, but how much weight is to much? As my pregnancy journey goes forward, I want to share my experiences. I know how helpful it is to see women going through what I am going through and posting about it. Makes it a shared experience and a little less scary!
